How to submit a deletion request
To request the permanent deletion of your QGuard account and associated data, please send an email to our support team:
Required Email Subject
Please send the deletion request from the specific email address associated with your registered QGuard account so we can verify your identity.
What data is deleted
When your request is processed, QGuard will permanently delete your account profile, managed device associations, policies, and account-linked data, except for records we are legally required to retain.
Processing timeline
Account deletion requests are normally reviewed and completed within 30 days of receiving your verified request.
